What Step Movement Is

Step Movement Step Team is a community-based step team for girls ages 4–19 that builds confidence, leadership, and belonging through the art of stepping. Our program blends performance training with academic support, mentorship, and community service, giving every girl a safe place to grow while delivering high-energy, story-driven performances for schools, nonprofits, and community events across Kansas City.
